Youth2Work is a nonprofit 501(3)c organization whose mission is teaching discipline, promoting a positive work ethic, and providing meaningful life skills to Marin’s youth and returning veterans.

Services

Youth2Work provides a range of services to maintain fire safety and accessibility in our local parks and open space.

Youth2Work is committed to enhancing the lives of Marin youth using the outdoors as a classroom for learning work and life skills, discipline, and teamwork.

To Hire Us 

Youth2Work is a nonprofit 501(3)c organization whose mission is teaching discipline, promoting a positive work ethic, and providing meaningful life skills to Marin’s youth and returning veterans.

Since we were founded in 2011, Youth2Work has provided over 60 students with a meaningful work and life experience. A number of our students have gone on to college or are training for a vocational career. Some students continue to work with us during the summer when they return home from college.
